Returns & Exchanges
Aero Plus aims to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and iffor any reason the items you have received arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, you must notify Aero Plus within 2 days of the delivery being signed for. You can contact Aero Plus by phone on + 61 3 9696 1170 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org you will be issued a return number to include in your return parcel, returns methods will be given at the time of contact.
Purchases that you would like to exchange for a credit or refund will only be accepted under 7 days of receipt, past this time we will only issue a credit note.

Delivery costs (including postage and handling) are not refundable. The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact. We regret that items that have been worn or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will be denied a refund and posted back to you.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Aero Plus to be authorised to do so. Please be vigilant when entering delivery details.
It is crucial that names and addresses are entered correctly as it could mean re-delivery if they are incorrect. Unfortunately we will need to pass the cost onto you.
We suggest that the order is delivered to your place of work if you are not at home full time.

There are two delivery brackets - depending on the size of your parcel:
STANDARD DELIVERY: a flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all postage and handling within Australia
LARGE DELIVERY: a flat rate of $14.95 is charged for all postage and handling within Australia for bulky items or for orders with more than one product.
All prices are noted in Australian Dollars and include the 10% Good and Services Tax (GST).
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, Aero Plus reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
It is possible that a product you order will not be in stock. If this happens we will notify you via email within 2 business days and give you the choice of a replacement, putting the product on back order or refunding your credit card. A product placed on back order will be delayed and we will discuss the timeframe with you.
